Shipping Rates

Please be aware of 2 important dates to guarantee your order arrives before Christmas! For Domestic orders, Dec. 15th is the last day to ship an order through USPS Shipping. Dec. 19th is the last day to ship an order through FedEx Shipping within the United States to guarantee the package for Christmas. For International customers, we don't have a correct estimate due to different courier handlers in your countries. Please Note: We will do our very best to ship orders out in time for christmas even if purchased after our Deadline Dates.

Order Processing Information

  • Please check your order before you finalize your order. We carry both domestic (U.S. version) as well as imported (Versions made for the market outside of the U.S.) items. Please check the compatibility of the video games on your systems. Also be aware that Japanese and imported toys come in packaging and instructions that are in other languages besides English.

  • All orders will be processed within 72 hours after the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday/Tuesday and shipped out Tuesday/Wednesday. Processing and shipping is does not take place on holidays.

  • Please be aware that there is NO shipping or delivery on Saturday due to restrictions by UPS for packages coming from Hawaii to the Continental United States. If you are planning to receive your package, please be aware that it will NOT be delivered on Saturday.

  • Any shipping rate discrepancies will be adjusted appropriately. I.E. If your order requires a large box to ship or the total weight exceeds the original shipping rate, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges to ship your order. Also, if you choose Global Priority for an item over 4 lbs, we will adjust the cost and ship the product USPS Global Express.

  • FED EX/UPS/USPS charges our company for discrepancies in shipping information. If you make an error or do not fill all fields properly which results in a charge by FED EX/UPS/USPS, we will charge you for this error. Please make sure you fill in all fields correctly.

  • Due to the fluctuating market, prices are subject to change without notice. In the case of price change, we will contact you for an approval before continuing with the order.

  • By submitting your order, we will assume that you have read and have agreed our terms.

Special Shipping Requirements

  • The U.S. Post Office is charging a $20.00 initial shipping fee for a 1 lb. Tapestry Wallscroll sized parcel. This new rate applies for any Global Priority orders that include a Tapestry Wallscroll, all orders will be adjusted accordingly.

  • All "preorders" and/or "backorders" will be shipped first class or secondary mail service depending on destiantion.

  • For all bulk orders including, but not limited to zoids, wall scrolls and gundam models etc.. shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly due to large/oversized box dimensions.

Shipping Rates

  • For all estimates on shipping please choose the method that you wish to get a quote for on the order form and re-calculate, it will give you a price.

  • Please make sure that you select the correct shipping method for the area that you live in.  All orders placed outside of the United States must go either by USPS Global Priority or USPS Express.

  • Orders in Hawaii only will receive a discounted shipping rate. Oahu customers will receive a flat rate shipping for Next Day shipping. All neighbor islands will receive a discounted Next Day Air shipping rate. All other outside of Hawaii are not qualified for this shipping rate, and if selected, we will adjust accordingly to the correct shipping region. Additional charges may be added to the order.

  • Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to the e-mail account that you provided when you placed the order. For international orders, there may be a delay in e-mailing of tracking numbers. Global Priority orders do not receive tracking numbers. We are not responsible for incorrect e-mails on your part.

  • For Priority Shipping, once the package has been released by the Post Office to ship, it is no longer our or their responsiblity. If the package is shown that it was delivered, but you didn't get it, you will need to contact your local post office, and talk to the mail carrier.

Lost Parcels

  • All orders shipped have a "delivery confirmation" This confirmation is provided for all DOMESTIC US ONLY customers, EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL, & FED EX / DHL CUSTOMERS.

  • This tracking number provides the information of when the parcel was shipped from Toys n Joys to your respective address. All parcels may we tracked online ( with the carrier you chose) @ www.usps.com or www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com These parcels will be delivered to your home or office as indicated by the information you provide us If you have provided us with an incorrect address, ( i.e. missing apt# or mistyped address) we are not responsible for this. You will need to work directly with the carrier yourself to get this resolved. If the parcel is re-routed back to us, we will of course notify you and re-ship this per your request. However that shipping charge will need to be applied again. So make sure you address you input is correct!

  • In an event you do not receive your parcel, but the deliver confirmation/tracking number indicates that it was delivered, you will need to contact us @ returns@toysnjoys.com and also contact the carrier and make a claim. The parcel may have either been stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Your cooperation in this will speed up the process of locating your lost parcel. In most cases, the postman will drop this off to the wrong address by mistake and is very easily taken care of if you take initiative in locating your parcel with that tracking number that have provided to you. . If you live in a neighborhood where parcels are unsafe to be left on your porch or mail box, please indicate that in the " comments " section of your order form and we will ship that "signature confirmation" That way you will need to sign for this parcel in order to receive it. We will only ship to the address you provide and are not responsible for parcels shipped to the wrong address.

  • If the parcel is lost for good, we will ship you another replacement parcel if the carrier claims that it is their fault and we know 100% we will be compensated. This case we will be more than happy to replace the parcel. If the parcel was shipped to the wrong address by us, and we are at fault, we will re-ship you the parcel on our dime and deal with our error. If this is the customers fault, we can ship another parcel immediately. However the customer must pay for this order in full again. If the 1st parcel is located and sent back to us, we will be more than happy to refund you for that.

International Shipping Policy

  • We ship internationally! We ship to Europe, Asia, South America, Canada, South Pacific, etc. (If you are not listed, please email us!)
  • All international packages are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail or Global Priority.
  • Tracking is ONLY available with Global Express, we take no liability on Global Priority packages once they leave our business.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible if any duties & taxes are imposed by your country at your country's border.
  • We offer very competitive International Shipping Rates but be aware that you MUST select the proper method of shipping, either USPS Global Priority or Express. If the wrong selection is made, we will add the appropriate amount to correct your mistake.
Insurance

  • All orders over $50.00 are insured. However, if you want any additional amount to be added, please indicate so in the "comments section".

General Rules (Rev. 10/17/01)

  • We try our best to ship items out within 48 hours, but occasionally orders might be delayed 1 - 3 days.

  • **Notice** Due to difficulties with international shipment, Global Priority packages may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for delivery. Please bear with us while airlines and carriers attempt to deal with new FAA regulations.

  • Track your packages on-line through our website for your UPS and Postal Service Packages.

  • If you would like insurance on any shipment, please note in the "Instructions" section, and we will add to the cost appropriately.


  • Please note that some pictures may be slightly different or vary from actual product due to a number of possiblities, but not limited to such as prototype pictures, poor picture quality etc.
